Inspectors in Georgia

Inspectors and Code Officials who invest time into what they do, carry with them an increased level of confidence and care in their work. From Charlton to Rabun and all counties in between, let’s build a better Georgia by building better inspectors.

The Georgia State Inspector’s Association was founded in 1964 as the Plumbing, Gas, and Mechanical inspectors of Georgia. The general objective of the organization is to promote building codes that are essential to the health and safety of the citizens of Georgia and to lend every possible aid to the advancement of building safety throughout the state. We continue to work with state and local jurisdictions and strive for a better understanding of the Codes through certifications, education, and training.
